dated 19.08.2019 has been passed by the Ministry of Home Affairs
deciding to implement the judgment in the case of Dev Sharma,
Dy. Comdt. Of ITBP v. UOI & Anr.: WP(C) No.1951/2012, decided
by Delhi High Court on 31.01.2019 and prays for time for
consequential order to be passed by the BSF Authorities.
