8. Since the subject matter of this case is covered U/s 126 of the
Electricity Act, 2003 and, as such, in view of the law laid down by the
Hon'ble Supreme Court, the appeal as well as the complaint filed by
the appellant/complainant is not maintainable. The District Forum
had no jurisdiction to deal with the subject matter covered u/s 126 of
the Electricity Act, 2003.
