that the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Oil and
Natural Gas Corporation Limited v. Western GECO
International Limited reported in (2014) 9 SCC 263 is a
binding precedent on the interpretation of Section 34 of
Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before 2015
amendment and this judgement alone will prevail when
we consider the scope of modification of award while
challenging the award of District Collector under
Section 3-G(5) of NH Act, 1956.
