I am told that the same notification is under
challenge in several other writ petitions including WPA
636 of 2021 (Risha Sarkar & Others Vs State of West
Bengal & Others) and those writ petitions came up for
hearing before the Hon'ble Justice Rajarshi Bharadwaj
on January 18, 2021. His Lordship passed an interim
order on that day calling for a report in the form of
affidavit from the West Bengal Board of Primary
Education.
