MR VINOD SHARMA 3353. As discussed above, even in the present case, the respondent had raised false plea while denying the ownership of the petitioner in the property in question. Accordingly, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is imposed the cost of Rs.25,000/- ( rupees twenty five thousand only) to be paid to the petitioner within the period of 6 months from today, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to file the execution petition for recovery of said amount from the respondent alongwith execution proceedings for recovery of possession.
