8. The learned Single Judge after taking into consideration the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, reported in (1984) 4 SCC 329 [G.P.Doval v. Government of Uttar Pradesh] and (2010) 6 SCC 791 [S.Sumnyan and others v. Limi Niri and others], held that by applying the principles enunciated in the above cited judgments, the appellants can consider the case of the respondent/writ petitioner, by taking into account the long number of years of service put in by him atleast for grant of pensionary benefits.
