Court in a subsequent decision reported in 2009 (5) CTC 237, in
Mahendravarman Vs Government of Tamil Nadu and other, wherein, this
Court following Marappan's case (cited supra) held that the writ petition
would not lie to enforce the bye-laws of the society and especially when the

petitioner therein got alternative remedy under the Act to approach the
