"27. Undoubtedly, the Court lacks expertise
especially in disputes relating to policies of pure
academic educational matters. Therefore,
generally it should abide by the opinion of the
Expert Body. The Constitution Bench of this Court
in The University of Mysore and Anr. v. C.D.
Govinda Rao and Anr. [AIR 1965 SC 491] held
that "normally the courts should be slow to
interfere with the opinions expressed by the
experts".
