2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-
accused No.2 submits that the complaint filed by second
respondent is not maintainable for non-compliance of Section
154(3) of Cr.P.C and also for not filing an affidavit along with
the complaint for having complied with Section 154(1) of
Cr.P.C. In support, he placed reliance on the decision of the
Hon'ble Apex Court in PRIYANKA SRIVATSAVA AND
ANOTHER VS. STATE OF UTTAR PRADESH reported in
2015 6 SCC 287.
