likely that the jurisdiction conferred on the secured creditor to enforce the
secured debt may lead to deprivation of the property of the borrower which,
by virtue of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India, cannot occur "save
by authority of law", the Supreme Court in the case of Ram Kishun v. State
of U.P., (2012) 11 SCC 511 poignantly observed thus:-
