wherein the Hon'ble Supreme Court held that the question whether time is of
essence of performance can be considered either with reference to contract
which is breached. Thus, where time was specified for payment of sale price,
but not in regard to execution of sale deed, held time will become of the
essence only with reference to payment of sale price but not in regard to
execution of sale deed.
