(Singapore) Pte Ltd, (Supra) wherein the Hon'ble Bombay High
Court emphatically observed that there is a difference in
copyright and "broadcast reproduction rights". The Hon'ble High
Court has observed that Section 37 of the Copyright Act, 1957
separately defines the broadcast reproduction right and

therefore it is different from the payment of any copyright in
literary, artistic or scientific work.
