6. On the strength of the decisions of this Court in Draupadi Dasya v. Rajkumari Dasya reported at (1918) 22 CWN 564 : AIR 1919 Cal 1012 and Shethia Mining and Manufacturing Corporation Ltd. v. Khas Dharmaband Colliery reported at , he argues that in the interest of justice the caveator should be permitted to file the supplementary affidavit.
