reported at (2007) 7 SCC 737 the Hon'ble Supreme Court approved the view
taken by the High Court that the photocopies of the agreements could be
taken on record under Section 8 of the Arbitration Act for ascertaining the
existence of arbitration clause. The dispute raised by the applicants against
the plaintiff and vice versa are arbitrable and arising out of the said two
MoUs.
