In so far as prayer 'a' seeking direction to the subordinate courts to ensure strict compliance with the directions passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Rajnesh v. Neha and Another(supra) is concerned, it is not in doubt that the directions issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court are binding on all courts including the High Court.
