After the direction given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the year 1990, in National Union of All India Radio's case (supra), the Government has reiterated and has chosen to abide by its stand to regularize the staff artists as Government employees. It is not for this Court, to interfere with the decision of the Government arrived by it pursuant to the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Thus, in our view, the plea of the petitioners is unsustainable.
