4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ
petition in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 18.10.2022
rendered in the case of Surendra Mandal & Ors (supra) and
direct the respondent-authorities to grant similar benefits to the
petitioners.
