Harjinder Singh and others, under Sections 452, 323, 325, 504, 506 I.P.C., arising out of Case Crime No. 0183 of 2021, Police Station Bilaspur, District Rampur pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rampur as well as charge-sheet dated 05.06.2021 and cognizance/ summoning order dated 04.12.2021 passed in the said case.
