of S.K. Verma vs. State of M.P. and others dated 11.10.2017, W.P. No.1632/2014,
wherein the Court has granted 12% interest per annum for delayed payment of pension
and gratuity, considering that the delay in making the payment of pension and gratuity
was not attributable to the petitioner.
