In Basant Rai v. State, 2012 [3] JCC (Narcotics)
138 (High Court of Delhi), the appellant was found carrying a
polythene bag containing 8 smaller packets having black
coloured substance which was stated to be the charas. Seizing
officer had taken out small pieces of charas from each packets
and made two sample parcels which were sent to FSL and
found to be charas.
