Prem Kumar Verma And Others vs State Of Haryana on 7 August, 2012
Petitioners have approached this Court praying for issuance of
a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take action in accordance
with the judgment in CWP No.17280 of 2011, titled as 'Prem Kumar Verma
& others Vs. State of Haryana, decided on 07.08.2012 (Annexure P-7) as
affirmed in LPA No.1352 of 2012, titled as 'Devender Sachdeva & others
Vs. Kurukshetra University & others', decided on 10.10.2012 (Annexure
P-8) which judgment has been accepted on instructions dated 20.02.2013
(Annexure P-9).
