Smt. Amrawati Devi And Others vs State Of U.P. And Others on 4 January, 2010
In view of the above, it is provided that if the petitioners nos. 4 & 6
appear before the Court below and apply for bail, their bail applications
shall be considered keeping in view their old age and infirmity, in view
of the relevant provision contained in Section 437 Cr.P.C. in respect of
granting bail in favour of such persons and also keeping in mind the
observations made in the case of Smt. Amrawati and another Vs. State
of U.P. 2004 CBC Page 705 and Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs.
State of U.P., reported in 2009 (1) JIC 677.
