In view of above, the ratio laid down in the case of A.R. Antulay (Supra) is not attracted in the present case. Considering the nature and gravity of offence, the period of incarceration undergone by applicant is by itself is not so sufficient so as to enlarge on bail. He thus, submits that present repeat application for bail is liable to be rejected.
