The judgment of
Hon'ble Supreme Court in Kanamma(supra) does not apply to the facts
of the case inasmuch as the same deals with a case of a thumb impression
which was smuged and compared by the trial court and not of a signature
which is disputed and the Hon'ble Apex court has clearly laid down that
the responsibility of the court in case of a disputed sale deed was onerous
inasmuch as the finding should not have been given only on the casual
perusal of smuged disputed as well as admitted thumb impression. It
