Delhi 369, particularly paragraph 13, Ms. Brahmbhatt
contended that when there were bills on record and proof of
the delivery having been made, transactions could never have
been a matter of doubt and the bogey of forged bills and
concocted accounts was a frivolous and vexatious defence.
