64. So far as collection of DNA sample and opinion given by
the Regional Forensic Laboratory, Aurangabad is concerned, it is
necessary to state that by way of examination report below Exh.19
the Laboratory has opined that the appellant and the victim are
concluded to be biological parents of the female child born. For
relying Exh.19, it is necessary to consider whether samples of DNA
were taken in proper manner. The Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of
Rahul Vs State of Delhi, Ministry of Home Affairs and others passed
