Learned Senior Counsel for the respondent states that if, in
pursuance to the order dated 28.11.2013 (Annexure P-1) passed by this
Court in CWP No.26115 of 2013, titled as 'Ravinder Kumar Vs. Pepsu Road
Transport Corporation, Nabha Road, Patiala', the order has not been passed
and conveyed to the petitioner, the same shall be now passed within a
period of one week from today and conveyed to the petitioner within a
further period of one week.
