7. Thus, so far as the second relief sought for by the petitioner is concerned,
this Court has found that the petitioner has not yet approached the authority
either under Section 154[3], CrPC or under Section 156[3], CrPC. In such
obtaining situation, this Court is of the view that the present writ petition with
regard to the said prayer is not to be entertained. However, liberty stands
reserved to the petitioner to approach the authority as per the procedure laid
down in Section 154[3], CrPC and Section 156[3], CrPC.
