In support of the argument advanced on the
basis of Section 50 of the N.D.P.S.Act., the learned counsel
placed reliance upon the decision reported in Ravindran @ John
v. Superintendent of Customs [AIR 2007 SC 2040; 2007(3)
KLT SN 11 (Case No.13) SC]. Thus, according to the learned
counsel, the prosecution has miserably failed to prove that the
contraband article was seized from the possession of the first
accused and therefore, the finding of the court below that the first
accused has committed the offence punishable under Section 20
