8. As to the applicability of the law laid down in
Rajnesh Vs Neha, admittedly the petitioner has not raised
any objection with regard to non-filing of Asset and liability
certificate before the learned Court below. As such, the trial
Court had no opportunity to decide on that aspect. Hence,
the petitioner cannot contend that the impugned order is
illegal on the said ground.
