54. The judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Konkan
Railway Corporation Ltd. & Anr. (supra) and Gas Authority of India
Ltd. (supra) holding that plea of jurisdiction not having been raised by
the party as provided in Section 16 of the Arbitration Act, such plea
cannot be permitted to be raised in the proceedings under Section 34 of
