4. The complainant demanded original papers be shown to him and
copy be given to him for the preparation of sale/transfer documents,
but the accused no.1 stated that the same were lying in his locker
which he would show in a day or two but he did not do so till the
time of filing of the complaint. Thereafter upon inquiry, the
complainant came to know that accused no1 was not the owner of
the property and did not have any right/authority or power to enter
