1. All the learned counsels for the parties are ad idem that the prayer
made in the present writ petition is covered by a judgment passed by this Court
in CWP-7875-2021, titled as Manish Kumar versus Haryana Staff Selection
Commission and another which was allowed in terms of judgment in
CWP-2667-2022 and therefore, the present writ petition may also be allowed in
terms of the aforesaid judgment.
