Further it is to submit that in the criminal case filed against the said Sri.V.Anandan (case No.134/2005) Sri.A.S.Ramu, Forensic Expert appeared as state witness No.7, identified the document and tendered evidence. This has been discussed in page No.9 of the judgement, dated 02.07.2008 in case No.134/2005 by Judicial Magistrate No.1, Udamalpet. As per the judgement, the said Sri.V.Anandan was awarded with one year rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs.3000/-."
