-- 'Husein Ebrahim v. Kesardeo Kanoria', (D). Here Mr. Meyer had the advantage of the fact that it was an award of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce which was successfully impeached. But then there what happened was something entirely different from the point for decision in this case before me. Indeed there the Arbitrators followed a procedure not permitted by the Rules of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce arbitration and therefore the principles of natural justice were applied. S.R. Das Gupta J. who delivered judgment in that case observed at page 113:
