As held by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Poonam Rani (supra), as the
record of selection has been destroyed in the case of the entire
panel, including that of the petitioners/applicants, it is difficult for
the Court to consider and decide on the petitioners/aplicants' plea
that lack of such disclosure and lack of bench marking of success
against disclosure was against procedural justice.
