3. The learned Advocates for the Petitioners submits that
in Rajaram Appa Patil vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors , Writ Petition
No. 246 of 2017, an interim order was passed on 21.12.2017. The
District Collector had refused the nomination. In the instant case,
the representation of the Petitioners is pending before the District
Collector. No order has been passed.
