The principle in the said decision can be made applicable to the case on hand. Under the circumstances, the lower appellate Court correctly came to the conclusion that Section 111 of the Indian Succession Act is not applicable, but only Section 119 of the said Act is applicable to the facts of the case and, as such, the plaintiff is entitled to get half share in the property.
