5. Ld. counsel for the accused persons has argued that the accused
persons has been falsely implicated in the case. There is no evidence on record
which would prove that the accused persons had abated the commission of
suicide by the deceased. The prosecution has failed to prove its case beyond
reasonable doubt against the accused persons. On these grounds, it is prayed
that the accused persons be acquitted. Ld. counsel for the accused has relied
upon the judgment of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in FIR No. 134/2005 of PS
Jafarkalan delivered on 26.09.07, 1985 Supp. (3) SCC 7311, AIR 2001 SC
3837 and of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Gangula Mohan Reddy Vs. State of
A.P. delivered on 05.01.10.
