6. It is not necessary to go so far as the learned Judges went in Kunhi Sankaran Nambiar v. Narayanan Tirumunpu [1920] 43 Mad. 405 to say that the document before us has been duly attested. I would, therefore, uphold the decision of the lower Court and dismiss the appeal.
