4.3 PW3 Surya Pratap who was only 7 years of age at the time
of making statement in the court also corroborated the fact that accused
persons used to reside in the same house alongwith the deceased and
children. On the day of incident,his mother gave food and they slept. His
father was not present but the other two accused persons were present. He
duly stated that in the morning when he woke up, there was crowd in the
house and his grandmother informed him that his mother has died and the
people gathered there due to the murder. During cross examination by Ld.
