19. Accordingly, in view of the discussion made above and in
light of the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Selvi (supra),
no case is made out by the applicant of the Special Criminal
Application No.3130 of 2014 for interference by this Court
exercising power under Section 482 Cr.PC for the relief claimed
and no such direction can be issued as prayed by the
applicant, whereas I am convinced with the case put forward
by the applicants of Special Criminal Application No.145 of
2016 and, hence, I pass the following order;
