23. Further keeping in view the ratio of judgments
passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in National
Insurance Company Limited vs. Pranay Sethi and
others (2017) 16 SCC 680 and Magma General
Insurance Company Ltd. Vs. Nanu Ram alias Chuhru
Ram and others (2018) 18 SCC 130, the claimants are
entitled to a sum of Rs.15,000/- under the head 'loss of
estate', Rs.15,000/- for funeral charges and Rs.40,000/-
