Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), District Jhansi to decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 C.P.C. in O.S. No.73 of 2022 (Keshav Chandra and 5 others Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) pending before him expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
