respondent No.1 adopted the arguments of respondent No.2
and submitted that the prosecutrix has proved the case beyond
reasonable doubt and the conviction can be based on the sole
testimony of the victim / prosecutrix with or without
corroboration. To substantiate his contention, learned High
Court Government Pleader relied on the judgment of the
Hon'ble Supreme Court in PHOOL SINGH v. STATE OF MADHYA
PRADESH17.
