trial , it is apparent that trial of the case will take long time
to conclude. Taking into consideration the facts and
circumstances of the case in the backdrop of law laid down
in Mohammad Muslim's case, supra and the period spent by
the petitioner in custody coupled with the fact that trial of
the case will take long time to conclude, the petitioner, at
this stage, has made out a case for his enlargement on
regular bail.
