8. For want of individual details of each employee, though
this Court does not give specific individual directions, in the
interest of justice, the respondents are directed to consider
the case of each individual concerned employee herein and
apply the ratio laid down by the Division Bench of this Court
as noted hereinabove. The respondents shall examine each
individual case as provided hereinabove and the conclusion
reached therein shall be communicated to the concerned
teachers or their heirs. This exercise shall be done
expeditiously and in any case not later than three months
from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
