held up. Regards being had to the factual matrix, it is
necessary that the said criminal appeal should be disposed

October, 2014. I have so directed as Mr. Gagan Gupta,
learned counsel for the informant submitted that most of
the points which have been raised in this appeal are
covered by the decision of the Constitution Bench in
Hardeep Singh vs. State of Punjab & Ors. [2014(3) SCC 92].
