decision rendered by the Supreme Court in the case of Mahendra
K.C. v. State of Karnataka, reported as (2022) 2 SCC 129 which
considers the various earlier rulings of the Supreme Court
governing the field relating to inherent powers of the High Courts
and the cases involving abetment of suicide u/s.306 of IPC. The
