C.Mohammed Yunus vs Syed Unissa And Others on 14 February, 1961
& Ors. reported in (2010) 2 SCC 194, the Apex Court, in
respect of starting point of limitation, has taken notice of the
view of earlier decision in C. Mohammad Yunus Vs. Syed
Unissa (AIR 1961 SC 808), where it was held that the cause of
action for the purpose of Article 58 of the Act, accrues only
when the right asserted in the suit is infringed or there is at least
a clear and unequivocal threat to infringe that right. Therefore,
the mere existence of an adverse entry into the revenue record
